By joining Accor every chapter of your story is yours to write, and together we can imagine tomorrow’s hospitality.Rixos Bab Al Bahr is a luxury hotel chain providing a traditional Turkish hospitality in an excellent manner, changing the concept of a real luxury by giving a new meaning of the all-inclusive holiday concept through providing a unique experience.Salaries And BenefitsCompetitive SalaryDuty Meals provided; breakfast/lunch/dinner/midnight meal + coffee breaksVacation tickets /benefits provided by the hotelMedical Insurance ProvidedJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Serve as a videographer and photographer, responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, producing, and editing high-quality, impactful content that promotes Rixos Bab Al Bahr.Manage the entire creative process, from receiving briefs and coordinating logistics to the setup and final shoot, ensuring the production of exceptional images and videos.Capture events and activations at the hotels as required, maintaining a strong presence to document key moments.Proactively organize video and photo shoots with various departments to create content for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing collateral.Oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography, including editing and post-production, using the latest software to deliver outstanding results optimized for print, web, and other platforms.Translate production scripts and briefs into compelling visual content that aligns with brand standards and company requirements.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in editing software to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.Organize and maintain a comprehensive asset library for Rixos Bab Al Bahr, ensuring easy access and efficient management of digital files.QualificationsQualifications and Skills:2-3 years of experience in photography and videography.A background in film studies, mass communication, photography, or related fields is preferred.Proficiency in operating DSLR and digital video cameras and sound equipment and managing the overall production process.Technologically proficient, with solid knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and video production and editing techniques.Highly skilled in editing with Adobe Suite, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Familiarity with sound mixing and color grading.Experience in managing social media platforms.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, including flexibility to work outside standard office hours and occasionally on weekends.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or focus.Highly creative and multi-talented, with a strong sense of storytelling.Exceptional attention to detail and a keen creative eye.Excellent communication skills.Flexible, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, ask the right questions, anticipate needs, and prepare for multiple outcomes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
