Role Overview

The Dynamics Power Platforms CE Consultant is a core teammember of our clients customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365centred solutions. Requirements

  • Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (CustomerEngagement) functionalities
  • An understandingof the broader Microsoft stack and being able to leverage it tocreate powerful solutions (PowerApps Power BI Dataverse AzureOffice 365) and working in fast paced Agile environments.
  • Willingness to develop your knowledge of newfunctionality in the Microsoft platforms keeping on top of roadmapsstudying for certifications to ensure we help deliver bestsolutions to our clients
  • Ability to clearlyarticulate and present your ideas and solutions in line with thecapabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Successfully translate business and customerneeds into a great digital customerexperience
  • Good understanding of MicrosoftDynamics Power Platforms Accelerators industry templates and addons
  • Experience on Azure Devops is beneficial
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications ideallymost current versions are desirable

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of highqualitybusiness and software solutions to our clients using your knowledgeof Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities working closely withclient teams and business stakeholders
  • Organise manage document workshops meetingsand requirements sessions with the client representatives projectstakeholders and delivery team(s)
  • Interfaceeffectively with other members of the delivery team and thesolution Architect to ensure that the solution meets clientsrequirements
  • Deliver high quality business andsoftware solutions and services to clients ensuring theimplementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamicsstandards and supported configuration/customisations
  • The creation of high quality and sustainableclient solutions and project documentation including support fortesting activities
  • Deliver all consultancy andconfiguration work according to our clients project methodologyensuring that all software applications are implementedsuccessfully according to the project plan: on time and on budget
  • Contribute to PreSales activities as requiredincluding building demo and proof of concept solutions for variousclient presentations
  • Work on the creation ofour clients Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations ofbusiness knowledge skills and behaviour
  • Support practice development activities suchas defining and configuring industry specific solutions
  • In all activities ensure timely completion ofinternal processes and mandatory training
  • Workon own initiative and with minimal support if needed
  • To carry out additional duties as may occurfrom time to time as instructed and agreed by the management team
