Context

The Senior Bridge Engineer will be a key contributor to the design and delivery of complex bridge structures within a large-scale rail project. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in bridge design, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The Senior Bridge Engineer will focus on developing detailed designs, conducting structural analyses, and ensuring project deliverables meet technical, safety, and quality standards.

Missions/Main Duties

The Senior Bridge Engineer will help in leading the design and execution of complex bridge projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background and demonstrate exceptional engineering judgment. Experience in managing bridge projects, along with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. The candidate must have expertise in designing segmental post-tensioned box girder bridges, prestressed concrete, steel, and composite bridges. Familiarity with cable-supported structures and steel orthotropic decks is highly preferred. Proficiency in AASHTO, AREMA, and Eurocode standards is required.

Profile/Skills
  • Master's degree in civil engineering/Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered or Professional Engineer license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Should possess a strong academic background and demonstrate exceptional engineering judgment.

Experience in managing bridge projects, along with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential.

Must have expertise in designing segmental post-tensioned box girder bridges, prestressed concrete, steel, and composite bridges.

Familiarity with cable-supported structures and steel orthotropic decks is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AASHTO, AREMA, and Eurocode standards is required.
