Roles and responsibilities
  • Develop and foster lastingrelations with key internal & external members and externalstakeholders.
  • Provide strategic leadership, andproactive planning, management, and outreach for public relationsinitiatives, including government and community affairsprograms.
  • Keep agency and clients'management informed on the public policy issues, debates and trendsand provide proactive advice on the impact and relevance of theseissues to the agency'sbusiness.
  • Develop effective internal andexternal communications strategies and position these communicationstrategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Partialownership and accountability for all corporate communications plans(internal and external) which include strategic and tacticalcorporate campaigns, stakeholder communications, vendor liaison,budget management, control and analysis of measurementcriteria.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor'sdegree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, politicalscience, international affairs or a relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of experience in publicrelations, with a proven track record of successful PR campaignexecution.
  • Excellent English written and verbalcommunication skills, including the ability to craft compellingmessaging and pitches.
  • Proficiency in mediarelations, crisis communication, and contentcreation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients and mediacontacts.
  • Strategic thinking andproblem-solving abilities, with a results-orientedmindset.
  • Familiarity with PR tools and softwarefor media monitoring, analytics, andreporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedand dynamic agency environment.
