  • Participate in creating the projectvision, contributing to conceptual sketches and designreports.
  • Actively engage in the design processfrom the conceptual phase through to construction documentation,ensuring design consistency andaccuracy.
  • Prepare and develop drawings, models,images, and other design-related documents. Engage in clientmeetings to discuss design requirements for new constructions,alterations, or refurbishments.
  • Collaboratewith global design teams and other associated specialists,suppliers or subconsultants, asrequired.
  • Coordinate design aspects acrossvarious disciplines, subconsultants, andstakeholders.
  • Contribute to project documents(including multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technicalspecifications, etc.) ensuring they meet client requirements andindustry standards.
  • Participate in thepreparation of discipline drawings for submission to StatutoryAuthorities, with an understanding of local & internationalcodes, regulations, and submissionrequirements.
  • Develop models using SketchUp,Lumion, Revit and any other software that deemednecessary.
  • Apply "Safety inDesign" principles throughout the design process andadhere to ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure inprojects.
  • Support in mentoring less experiencedstaff and participate in professional development and"Lessons Learned" sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inArchitecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience inarchitectural design on small to medium scaleprojects.
  • Experience from concept through todetailed design in various project types (residential, commercial,hospitality, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Revit, 3Drendering software (such as Revit, Sketchup, Twinmotion orLumion).
  • Knowledge of building codes,regulations, and submissionrequirements.
  • Experience or familiarity withMiddle East design and construction practices isadvantageous.
  • Good project management skillswith the ability to handle multipleprojects.
  • Strong communication and teamworkskills, capable of collaborative work with clients and teammembers.
