- Located in Manhattan, an Ob/Gynphysician is needed to join a private single-specialty grouppractice.
- They currently have six BoardCertified Ob/Gyn physicians, one Physician Assistant and two NursePractitioners.
- This busy and successfulpractice was established twenty-four yearsago.
- This excellent opportunity is due toincreased practice growth and areaexpansion.
- These Ob/Gyn physicians cumulativelyperform a high volume of Ob deliveries.
- Theyalso have a good mixture of both Ob deliveries and Gyn surgeriesand procedures.
- The new Ob/Gyn can expect to doabout 125 to 150 Ob deliveries during the firstyear.
- She or he can expect to do a high volumeof Gyn office procedures and surgeries.
- If thenew Ob/Gyn physician has laparoscopic and Robotic skills, they bothwill be utilized. Although they are both a plus, these skills arenot a requirement. If the new candidate desires to learn how to usethe DaVinci Robot, there will be an opportunity to doso.
- The call for both weekdays and weekendswill be 1:7.
- Office: The new Ob/Gyn will workat their two Manhattan offices, but only work at one office perday. One office is situated across the street from their hospital.The second office is about 15 minutes from theirhospital.
- Hospital: Their ob/gyn physiciansadmit to a premier and very well regarded major teaching hospital.It has a Level III nursery (Neonatal Intensive-Care Unit) as wellas Da Vinci Robotic surgery equipment. They also havePerinatologists/Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Neonatologists onstaff.
- There is opportunity to teach Ob/Gynresidents and medical students if sodesired.
- Availability: Ob/Gyn residents whowill be available during the summer of 2024 and 2025, as well asOb/Gyn physicians already in practice with prior work experienceare all welcome to apply and will all be stronglyconsidered.
Financial CompensationPackage
- They are offering a very competitivestarting base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000. It will becommensurate with the Ob/Gyn physician'sexperience.
- There is a productivity incentivebonus.
