  • Support theRestaurant Manager to supervise the side duty schedules for allpositions and ensure compliance and followthrough.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager tosupervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet and asassigned carry out monthly or more frequent walk-throughs with therespective engineering and housekeeping colleagues and follow upaccordingly on the produced reports to achieve an immaculateenvironment.
  • Oversee the daily operation of theoutlet and manage shifts effectively to assure a smooth andeffective overall operation.
  • Maintain a goodrelationship and steady communication with the Chef de Cuisine andhis team, particularly during operationhours.
  • Ensure that reservations are managedwell within the outlet and seating capacities are effectivelymaximised.
  • Constantly identify areas forimprovement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewingvarious service quality audit reports, guest comment cards andguest incident reports, and share observations and recommendationswith the outlet manager.
  • Support the RestaurantManager to maintain a clear overview of all POS- point of salesrelated set ups and carry out regular check on accuracy of allitems.
  • Ensure accuracy of all menus: current,spelled correctly, clean and presentable and ascertain menudescription are up to date and distributedappropriately.
  • Follow all procedures, policiesand practices about the Jardine accounting related requirements forF&B outlets.
  • Oversee and maintain solidrecords of all Annual Leave and Public Holiday clearance and assurenone are accumulated within theoutlet.
