5-7 years of experience in data management, digitization, or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Certifications in data management or analytics tools (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate) are preferred.Full professional proficiency in English.Technical Proficiency in advanced data management software (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases, data lakes) and digitization platforms, with hands-on experience in data integration, data warehousing, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).Experience in Data Quality Control and Governance, including the ability to create and enforce data governance standards, processes, and policies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations and local MENA data protection laws to ensure compliance in data handling and storage practices across the organization.Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) to support the creation of intuitive dashboards and data insights for diverse stakeholders.Experience with Digitization Initiatives, including document imaging, electronic records management, and digital archiving processes, ideally within sectors relevant to the MENA region, such as construction, energy, or government.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry best practices and methodologies.Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required.This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, candidates must be able to commute or willing to relocate.Note: This role description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
