YourImpact As a CreativeDesign Specialist your role is pivotal in shaping the visualidentity of Deliverect. You will be supporting our Design Managerand the team in driving our brand forward through innovative designand impactful visual storytelling. Your contributions will directlyinfluence our trajectory as you bring tangible design to ourmarketing and web designinitiatives.
ATypical Day
  • DesignKnowledge &
  • Create andproduce compelling graphics that align with brand guidelinesincluding onepagers ads email banners and GoogleSlides.
  • Conceptualize and develop innovativevisual assets for campaigns ensuring creativity andconsistency.
  • Support brand and product designprojects delivering highquality and impactfulresults.
  • Develop both static and video assetsfor diverse marketing channels.
  • Stay ahead ofindustry trends incorporating fresh ideas and creative into designprojects.
  • Marketing Asset &Brand Management
  • Manage and organizemarketing assets ensuring they are uptodate and easilyaccessible.
  • Assist in maintaining and expandingdesign libraries.
  • Keep the team updated on newcreatives.
  • Uphold and advocate for brandidentity ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines whilecreatively extending the brand asneeded.
  • CrossFunctionalSupport
  • Support requests fromcrossfunctional teams providing design assistance asneeded.
YourExpertise
  • 2 years ofexperience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degreein Marketing Graphic Design or a related field is highlydesired.
  • Certifications in relevant software ordesign principles are a plus.
  • Proficiency inindustrystandard design software including Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Basic knowledge of After Effectsand Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Experience withFigma.
  • Strong communication skills both writtenand verbal for effective internal and externalinteractions.
  • A collaborative spiritcontributing positively to teamdynamics.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolvingskills aligning decisions with businessobjectives.
  • Adaptability to changingcircumstances and a commitment to continuousprogress.
  • Ownership of projects exhibitingtransparency in communication and workethic.
  • B2B experience is aplus.

  • This is afulltime hybrid role with a flexible work schedule offering 3 daysin our Dubai office and 2 days of remote work.
  • Fluency in English is required with strongwritten and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency inother languages is a strong plus.
