Weare looking for an Emirati Graduate to join our team who willsupport with the below roles andresponsibilities.

HCPs Scouting andstakeholder mapping: To scout and prospect new HCPs and assesstheir potential. Develop and communicate key customer insightsactivities and business opportunities.

ProjectManagement: To support the crossfunctional team communicatestrategies and tactics to field force; to work with theCrossFunctional Team to implement Programs that target the needs ofkey opinion leaders andcustomers.

  • SupportsCustomer Marketing Communication andOperations
    • Collects customer dataincluding field inputs and develops customer insights forcommunication to marketing and fieldforce.
    • Provides high quality marketing supportto operational customer facing roles.
    • Supportsin implementing regionally focused Customer Marketinginitiatives.
    • Provides effective Sales andMarketing operations support to the Customer Marketing team asneeded.
    • Supports marketing teams in the rolloutof the tacticalplans.
    • Activelyparticipates in business planningcoordination
      • Supports customerengagement interactions with Business Franchises and Customerfacing teams.
      • Contributes relevant customerinsights to support the business and Account planningprocess.
      • Supports and contributes to KOLmapping development and engagementactivities.
      • Supports in implementing innovativeCustomer Marketing programs to meet the needs of Sales andMarketing teams
      • Supports the of variousmeetings such as Regional & Local Congresses and EngagementTours
      • Ethicsand Compliance
        • Works within ethicaland compliance policies and ensures that those around him/ her dothe same.
        • Works to ensure a diverse andinclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination andharassment.

Education:

  • Universitydegree or equivalent in Science pharmacy or medicine Marketing orBusinessqualification.

Experience:

  • 03years experience related to marketing & projectmanagement.

Excellent EnglishArabic
