  • Supervises the preparation of thecontract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses and assistformal execution by the appropriateparties.
  • Advises on administration of the termsof the building contract.
  • Accountable for themeasurement of valuations of the work carried out and ensuring thatcost checking and valuation work is managedeffectively.
  • Ensures adequate cost control andreporting services during the contract and the production ofmonthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to theclient.
  • Identifies all costs associated withdesign changes, contract awards, construction activities and clientcharges.

  • Providescomprehensice advise on the issuing of certificate of making gooddefects and final completion in accordance with any requirementsrelating to completion, submissions andapprovals.
  • Advises on the issue of certificatesof practical completion and ensure that final accounts arenegotiated and agreed.
  • Manages team of CostConsultants, providing guidance, direction and coaching andperformance management.
  • Delivers improvementsin systems and processes, driving transformationalchange.
  • Provides mentoring/training to membersof the team.
  • Shares technical/functional/domainexpertise to upskill capabilities.
  • Develops& maintains a series of both internal and externalrelationships.
  • Manages & influencesKey/Senior stakeholders.
  • Identifies andimplements continuous improvement plans/identifies key businessimprovements.
  • Works collaboratively towards thecommon goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibilityfor the proactive identification and management of the associatedcarbon emissions and reductions during the delivery ofwork.
