  • Operations
    • Tocreate the first positive impression to the guest by greeting themin a warm welcoming mannerby name addressed.
    • Tocontribute to the high level of services in accordance with thecompanys standard as prescribed in Standard OperationsManual.
    • To perform quality massage therapiesand body treatments as prescribed in Standard TrainingManual.
    • To ensure that all equipment associatedwith service function at all time.
    • To be ableto answer all questions related to services and identify thebenefit or advantage of treatments required to theguests.
    • To assist with demonstrations andevents as required.
    • To participate in a newtraining and refreshing program asrequired.
      • Administration
        • Toupdate the Therapist Logbook.
        • To complete allassignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisorsguidelines.
        • To respond to the change asindicated by thecompany.
          • Policy& Procedure
            • Tohave a complete understanding of and adhere to the companys policyand procedures.
            • To have a completeunderstanding of and adhere to the companys policy related to firehygiene environmental health and safety.
            • Toreport for duty punctually and always wear the correct uniform withthe name badge.
            • To carry out the other dutiesas assigned by the management team.
            • Toestablish good relationship and rapport with guests andcolleagues.
            • To ensure the cleanliness andhygiene in workareas

Qualifications:

  • At leastsecondary graduated 
  • InternationalCertificate in Massage Therapy Treatments andSkincare
  • Previous 5* resort  spaexperience
  • Wellgroomed and high standard ofpersonal hygiene
  • Enthusiastic and willing tolearn
  • Spa experience isnecessary
  • Previous Experience with Hammam is anadvantage

AdditionalInformation :

  • Prompt and courteousdelivery of all orders maintaining a positive image through alleach guest contact and through cleanliness of guestareas.
  • Assure total guest satisfaction in theservice of food and beverage through the supervision of prompt andcourteous delivery of all Restaurants and Room Serviceorders
  • During shift ensure that guests aresatisfied by assisting with serving seating communication withkitchen and by striving to speak to allguests.
  • Assist in maintaining a highlymotivated and well trained staff
  • Open and closeshift in accordance with ManagersChecklist.
  • Train maintain and enforce allAnantara Service Standards
  • Properly executerevenue and check control procedures onshift
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary workenvironment for all Associates andguests
  • Gather and implement all proper toolsfor running shifts (i.e. schedules floor plans reservationschecks)
  • Find solutions for problems such ascall outs last minute bookings or any other daily problems that mayarise.
  • Be on the floor during entire mealperiod and ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure thatonly a quality product is being served
  • Maintainproper Associate uniform standards
  • Manage aneffective repair and maintenance program through the use of workorders inspections etc.
  • Exercise stationrotation to ensure stations are distributed fairly. Handle daily Associate relations (i.e. scheduling time adjustmentsetc.
  • Assist any Associate in his/her jobperformance when required to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in implementing an effective training program for new andcurrent associates
  • Encourage problem solving byAssociates through proper training and empowerment to ensure guestsatisfaction.
  • Establish effective communicationwith Associates to gain their trust and respect through his/herhard work.  Maintain fair and consistent counseling and/ordisciplinary procedures in accordance with Anantaras Guarantee ofFair Treatment Policy
  • Identify and recommendincentive programs new ideas and methods ofoperation
