We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Basic Function and Scope:Monitoring construction activities in a manner that achieves project technical requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY.Responsibilities:Supervise the construction team during SITE construction in a manner that achieves quality installation meeting performance parameters set out in the Statement of Requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY.Responsible for the coordination, realization and follow-up of offshore structural activities.Pursue the HSE objectives defined by hierarchical superiors.Ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.Follow the construction activities, including pre-commissioning, as required.Ensure completion of all construction and pre-commissioning activities for an efficient handover to the Commissioning team.Ensure Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow-up and reporting.Provide KPI information for reporting to the Construction Manager.Provide weekly reporting of offshore construction activities.Participate in risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.Contribute to the engineering and procurement process by providing construction inputs.Participate in kick-off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings as required in accordance with Company's referential.Participate in required offshore Technical Meetings (weekly and monthly) with Contractors/Subcontractors.Ensure offshore cost and schedule follow-up/reporting in line with the project's requirements.Carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by hierarchical superiors.Act as an active member of the Project Team, managing construction organization interfaces by working collaboratively across the project organization, providing direction, coordination, and alignment of construction strategies and planning.Act as the Construction interface from project inception to field execution.Ensure that all actions, works, and services undertaken by CONTRACTOR are in accordance with the respective Agreement with Customer.Qualifications and Experience:PMC & ADNOC experiences are preferable.Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited institution with relevant experience in Oil & Gas.Relevant experience in the petrochemical industry in the GCC region.Relevant experience in a similar position for major Oil & Gas/Marine Construction projects in the GCC region.Moving forward togetherWe're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
