Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rentcontract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry ofEconomic Ministry of Finance Customs Court Chamber of CommerceTraffic Department andMunicipality.
When the need arises represent the company at different officeslike Airport Embassies Police Station Ministries/Municipalities andother governmentDepartments.
Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PROfunctions.
Assist the office in determining any issues identified withorganization vehicle registration andrenewals.
Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members forbusiness relatedtravels.
Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permitsetc.
Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as and whenrequired.
Undertake processing of UAE Nationals and Companiesregistration/Cancellation with General Authority ofPension.
To maintain UAE Employees data pertaining toEmiratization.
Department of HealthCompliance
Stay updated of all applicable laws regulations and guidelinesissued by the DOH related to homecare and medical centrebusinesses.
Serve as the primary point of contact for interaction with theDOH
Build and maintain a positive relationship with governmentofficials regulators and relevantstakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate Inspections and audits conducted byDOH.
Attend business related workshops organized byDOH.
Constantly update TAMM portal of theCompany
Communicate changes in regulations and compliance requirements torelevant stakeholders within theorganization.
Timely renewal of medical facility licenses. Working knowledge ofadd/change/removespecialties.
CorporateCompliance
Understand and adhere to Groups compliance standards as they appearin the Corporate Compliance Policy Code of Conduct Whistle BlowingPolicy and Conflict of InterestPolicy.
Qualifications :
- Diploma orbachelors degree from a recognized University orInstitution
- Minimum 3 510 years of totalexperience as PRO/Government Relation Officer or similarrole
Experiencedin visa and other transactions knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAELabour Law.
Ability tomaintain confidentiality of all medical human resource financialand legal information.
Preference will be given to those how has strong workingknowledge with Department of Health(DOH)
AdditionalInformation :
