The SalesforceAnalyst will work with other members of the Sales Effectivenessteam in defining and analyzing stakeholder requirements and inplanning and building practical effective solutions on theSalesforce platform. As a member of the Sales Effectiveness teamthe Salesforce Analyst will participate in all team developmentactivities including sprint planning sprint retrospectives anddaily standups.

The Salesforce Analyst willbe responsible for implementing customizing maintaining anddeveloping solutions on the Salesforce platform in support of Salesand Service. The Salesforce Analyst will ensure integrity andcustomer success by managing interfaces with internal and externalsystems conducting quality assurance tests and validating reportsand working with users to identify and resolve issues. This rolewill have primary responsible for the development of new featuresand enhancements within the Salesforce Ecosystem.

This position reports to our Denver Colorado USAlocation with a shift that requires four overlapping hours with USMountain time.ShortFacts

  • Gatherdocument and analyze user and stakeholder requirements and assistwith implementing solutions that stay within budgetary and timelimits.
  • Facilitate sprint meetings and assistwith maintaining the sprintbacklog.
  • Participate in the full applicationlife cycle from design to development testing anddeployment.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releasesand develop/plan for future implementation of newly releasedfeatures and deprecation of retiredfeatures.
  • Write and edit varied types ofdocumentation including but not limited to user storiesrequirements meeting notes meeting agendas release notes acceptancecriteria training materials and businessprocessdiagrams.
  • Develop and support Salesforcereports and dashboards including using third party solutions asneeded.
  • Assist with routine administrativeduties as needed such as user administration and with working onSalesforce Service Desk tickets submitted by endusers.
  • Configure Salesforce objects i.e.add/edit custom fields edit page layoutsetc.
  • Perform other duties as needed andassigned.
Yourcompetence
  • 3years of administration experience in an Enterprise or UnlimitedSalesforce org or a Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certificationor similar advanced Salesforce certification such as Sales CloudConsultant Sharing and Visibility Designer or Certified DataArchitecture and Management Designer.
  • 2 yearsof business analyst or similar experience (e.g. data analystresearch analyst business information analyst systems analyst orprocess designer/developer ).
  • Strong writtenand oral communications skills.
  • Experience withthe Agile methodology specifically Scrum and Kanban; experiencewith Agile Accelerator a plus.
  • A strongunderstanding of reports dashboards report types record typesreport snapshots custom summary formulas products price booksquotes and approval processes.
  • Strongsystems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinkingorganization skills and problemsolvingskills.
  • Proven ability and initiative to learnand research new concepts ideas and technologiesquickly.
  • Good understanding of the Salesforcesecurity model and object models.
  • Experienceinstalling and supporting Salesforce apps; experience withsupporting Salesforce integrations and Webservices.
Desirable but notEssential:
  • SalesforcePlatform Developer or App DeveloperCertification
  • Experience working on a scrumteam or within an Agile projectmanagementstructure
  • 1 years of experience with basicSalesforce flow development.
  • Good understandingof Salesforce APIs REST web services their use andtroubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of DevOps;experience with GitHub and Copado aplus.

Thisposition reports to our Denver Colorado USA location with a shiftthat requires four overlapping hours with US Mountaintime.
