We are seeking a passionate and creativeEmirati Junior Architect to join our Concept Architecture Team. Theideal candidate will collaborate closely with our talented team ofdesigners to develop innovative design concepts for highendresidential hospitality and commercial projects. This role offersan excellent opportunity for growth handson experience andmentorship in a dynamic and collaborativeenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistin developing creative architectural concepts and designs under theguidance of senior architects.
  • Preparehighquality 3D models renderings and presentation materials tocommunicate design ideaseffectively.
  • Contribute to the preparation ofconcept drawings sketches anddiagrams.
  • Research and integrate innovativedesign trends materials and techniques into projectproposals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinaryteams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout theproject.
  • Participate in design reviewsbrainstorming sessions and clientpresentations.
  • Support the team in generatingdesign documentation for submissions andcompetitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in architecture or a related field.
  • 02years of professional experience in architecture preferably inconcept design.
  • Proficiency in design andvisualization tools such as AutoCAD Rhino SketchUp Revit and AdobeCreative Suite.
  • Familiarity with advancedrendering software like VRay Enscape D5 or Lumion is aplus.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability tothink creatively and conceptually.
  • Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability tohandle multiple tasks prioritize work and meetdeadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and eagernessto learn and grow within theteam.
