  • Audit contractedsupplier locations to ensure agreed stock levels are held, andreplenishment practices are in line with agreed service levels toensure agile supply chain, managing volatility and fluctuations indemand with no impact on service levels on boardflights.
  • Collaborate with 3rd and 4th partylogistics service providers (3/4PL) services providers to meettimelines and improve SCOR Card metrics; reliability,responsiveness, asset turns, and end-to-end Supply Chain ManagementCost.
  • Monitor service providers to ensureefficient import/export, distribution of catering stocks, bestlogistics techniques are adopted, and requisite Service LevelAgreements are met.
  • Represent the Supply ChainPlanning, Demand Planning, and Logistics deliverables andrequirements continuously with stakeholders such as the internalsteam, 3/4PL service providers, and caterers across thenetwork.
  • Support product launches, promotions,and ad-hoc initiatives through an understanding of integratedend-to-end Supply Chain and business drivers. Clearly articulate tothe leadership risks and opportunities for projects, launches,products and geographies.
  • Identify needs,conceptualising and developing solutions through IT and Suppliersto optimise materials and information flow between differententities in the supply chain.
  • Contribute datato budget-building requirements for stock purchases, obsoletestock, write-offs, and logistics costs to meet operationalrequirements based on reports generated.
  • LeadS&OP meetings in collaboration with other functions,including Food, Product Development, Finance, and P&L, fordeveloping a final agreed demand and supply plan, with definingreason codes of Availability, Critical stock, Expiry Exposure, andOn-Time Order Placement).
  • Lead Monthly DemandReview Meetings with Strategic Suppliers to ensure suppliers holdcontractually agreed stock holding and to have continuous supply toEmirates.
  • Being able to develop annual purchasebudget in various units of measures as per demand and supply planwith submission of required space capacity to warehouse andlogistics team.
  • Ensure demand & supplyplan has been locked per brand based on Lead Time and pre-definedDOS, with On-Time Order Placement for maximum availability andoptimal stock level.
  • Share Monthly DemandPlanning and Forecasting KPIs, Supplier Scorecard, Non-PerformingInventory (NPI), and Provision analysis every month for theAlcoholic Beverages function, while ensuring constructiverelationships with internal departments andsuppliers.
