KeyResponsibilities

  • Design and implement a strongengagement calendar from concept to completion for B2B audiences(decisions makers, admins, and agents) covering all touch points,events, webinars, digital communities, social media andmore.
  • Act as the sole owner of engagementcalendar; by working closely with Product, CX and Commercial teams,develops and implements engagement tactics in line with customerjourney; to maximize ROI for our products andservices.
  • Understand and apply internalprocesses and manage engagement projects end toend.
  • Aggressively manage a budget and staywithin strict parameters, negotiating costs withsuppliers
  • Manage and instruct internal andexternal vendors and suppliers and functions ensuring quality andvalue standards are maintained
  • Ability to thinkstrategically, execute quality output under tightdeadlines
  • Understand the lead attributionmetrics model
  • Understand Account-BasedMarketing and how it helps bring revenue
