Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate CommunityYouth Coordinator to lead engagement growth anddevelopment efforts within our youth talent community. This roleinvolves creating programs events and digital initiatives thatsupport young individuals in their career journeys while fosteringa vibrant and active community.

KeyResponsibilities:Community Building &Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies togrow and nurture a strong youth talentcommunity.

  • Manage online andoffline engagement ensuring active participation and meaningfuldiscussions.

  • Organizenetworking events workshops and community meetups to driveengagement.

  • Act as theprimary point of contact for community members addressing theirneeds and feedback.

Youth DevelopmentPrograms

  • Design and execute programs thatsupport youth in career exploration upskilling and jobreadiness.

  • Collaborate withindustry leaders mentors and employers to create career developmentopportunities.

  • Coordinatementorship programs career coaching sessions and internships forcommunity members.

Content &Communications

  • Create and manage youthfocused contentacross digital platforms (social media newsletters forumsetc.).

  • Lead storytellinginitiatives by highlighting success stories and career journeys ofyoung talents.

  • Overseecommunitydriven content such as Q&As peer discussions andusergenerated posts.

Partnership & EmployerEngagement

  • Build partnerships with companieseducational institutions and career coaches to provideopportunities foryouth.

  • Connect communitymembers with job opportunities internships and skillbuildingprograms.

  • Work closely withHR and talent acquisition teams to bridge the gap between young jobseekers and employers.

Analytics & ImpactMeasurement

  • Track community engagement metrics andprogram impact to refinestrategies.

  • Gather insightsthrough surveys discussions and participation data to enhance youthexperiences.

  • Report keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to leadership ensuring continuousimprovement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in community management youthengagement career development or a relatedfield
  • Strong understanding of youth careerchallenges job market trends and upskillingopportunities.

  • Excellent communicationpublic speaking and networkingskills.

  • Passion for youthempowerment and careerdevelopment.

  • Ability tomanage multiple projects work independently and thrive in afastpacedenvironment.

  • Experiencein event planning partnership building or social media managementis a plus.
  • Must be graduated and able to commitfull time.
  • Has learning mindset has builtcommunities in the past
  • Has historical recordof partnerships and events hosted organized andmanaged
  • UAEbased youth student of UAE has leadgeneration sales mindset is GOOD with email campaign and hasoutreach skills to partners

  • KnowsPublic Speaking is presentable and can speak withpartners
