Guildhall a leading recruitmentagency is hiring on behalf of our client an esteemed investmentmanagement company based in Dubai. About the Client: Our clientoperates a unique business model created by real estate and financeprofessionals. While their name may not immediately convey theirdiverse expertise they are involved in various fields such asbuying and selling real estate properties operating restaurants andpursuing upcoming projects like hotel developments aimed atregional revitalization and logistics facilities supportingecofriendly operations. Although they function as a typical realestate company in some aspects they go beyond by proposing andselling these projects to investors and acting as project managersor fund managers ensuring seamless project execution and investmentreturns. Location: Dubai Salary: AED 4000 AED 5000 (nonnegotiable)Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact greetingvisitors and ensuring a positive first impression. Answer anddirect phone calls in a professional manner taking accuratemessages when necessary. Respond to emails and inquiries providinginformation or redirecting to appropriate departments. Managemeeting room bookings and coordinate schedules for internal andexternal meetings. Maintain an organized and professional receptionarea. Perform general administrative duties including filingdocument preparation and data entry. Assist with companycorrespondence and other adhoc tasks as required by the managementteam. Requirements

• Female candidates only. Minimum 3years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrativerole. Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word ExcelPowerPoint Outlook). Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills with a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask andmanage time effectively in a dynamic workenvironment.
