Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to fabricate metal components with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications.
Operate a variety of machines such as CNC plasma cutters, laser cutters, and welding equipment to create high-quality metal products.
Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process, utilizing gauges and measurement tools to maintain stringent quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot design issues and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict safety protocols to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or welding is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or a related field, showcasing a solid work history.
Certifications in welding (such as AWS or ASME) and metalworking processes are highly desirable.
Experience with advanced CNC machinery and CAD software demonstrates technical proficiency and adaptability.
Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties to make informed decisions on material selection.
