Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to joinour dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 3 years of legal experience specifically in the realestate sector with strong expertise in real estate law labor lawand regulations governing Abu Dhabi Mainland (ADM) and Abu DhabiGlobal Market (ADGM). The Legal Manager will oversee all legalmatters related to property transactions leases contractsregulatory compliance and serve as a liaison between the companyand developers as well as acting as the single point of contact forall governmentrelatedmatters.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideexpert legal advice on real estate transactions acquisitionsleasing and development projects ensuring full compliance with UAElaws.
  • Draftreview and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documentsrelated to real estate transactions labor matters and corporategovernance.
  • Adviseon regulatory compliance across real estate labor law ADM and ADGMframeworks.
    Manage disputes and legal issues related to real estate labor lawsand business operations including litigation and alternativedisputeresolution.
  • Actas the single point of contact for all governmentrelated mattersensuring timely and effective engagement with authorities forpermits licenses andapprovals.
  • Serveas the liaison between the company and real estate developersfacilitating smooth communication and project execution. Coordinatelegal requirements and facilitate communications between thecompany developers government bodies and otherstakeholders.
  • Conductthorough due diligence and ensure legal documentation is in linewith local laws andregulations.
  • Stayupdated with the latest developments in real estate labor law ADMand ADGM regulations.
    Manage and mentor junior legalstaff asrequired.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Law (LLB). A Master s degree or further qualificationsin real estate law labor law or corporate law is a plus. Minimum of3 years of relevant legal experience in real estate law labor lawand regulations within ADM andADGM.
  • Strongknowledge of UAE real estate regulations labor laws and the legalframeworks governing ADM and ADGM. Expertise in drafting andnegotiating contracts related to real estate and labormatters.
  • Excellentnegotiation drafting and communicationskills.
  • Abilityto work independently and handle multiple legal prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Proficiencyin both English and Arabic ispreferred.
