JOB TITLE: LANDSURVEYOR

ROLESUMMARY:

We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team foran exciting Airport project. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with a proventrack record of working on large-scale construction projects,preferably within the aviation industry. This position offers anexcellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance tocontribute to the successful completion of a major infrastructureproject.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conductdetailed surveys of land areas to determine precise measurementsand boundaries, utilizing advanced surveying equipment andtechniques.

2. Prepare accurate surveyreports, maps, and other documentation for use in the planning,design, and construction phases of the Airportproject.

3. Collaborate closely withengineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensurethat surveying activities align with project specifications andrequirements.

4. Manage surveying teams andcoordinate field operations to maintain project timelines anddeliverables.

5. Perform quality controlchecks on survey data and provide recommendations for correctiveactions as needed.

6. Stay updated on relevantlaws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveyingpractices, ensuring compliance with all applicablerequirements.

7. Assist in the resolution ofany land surveying issues or disputes that may arise during thecourse of the project.

8. Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to junior surveying staff members asrequired.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or arelated field.

2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in land surveying, with a strong background inconstruction and infrastructure projects.

3.Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as totalstations, GPS, and laser scanners.

4. Solidunderstanding of land surveying principles, methodologies, andtechniques.

5. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complexsurvey data and make informed decisions.

6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively collaborate with multidisciplinaryteams.

7. Proven leadership abilities, withexperience in managing surveying teams and overseeing fieldoperations.

8. Familiarity with industrysoftware such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GISapplications.

9. Professional licensure as aLand Surveyor preferred.
