A Housekeeping Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will support all Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests by analyzing and delegating tasks among the team members, ensuring work is done efficiently to provide exceptional experiences for Guests.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Monitor performance of team members with a focus on training and teamwork
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Manage Housekeeping department controls
  • Check guest information in CRM and fulfill requests promptly
  • Coordinate special arrangements like flowers and linen embroidery
  • Handle Lost and Found items
  • Coordinate departmental traffic and document flow
  • Manage daily laundry operations
  • Oversee Laundry expenses and replacements when needed


Requirements:

  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in Laundry
  • Interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to high customer service standards
  • High standards of cleanliness


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality
  • Team player with a positive attitude
