- Service daily assigned rooms according to hotel standards
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure safety of guests' belongings
- Coordinate with mini bar team for in-room services
- Conserve energy and actively contribute to environmental sustainability
- Attend training sessions as required
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Attendant
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment
- Physical fitness and ability to work in shifts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma preferred
