We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Programme Manager to support our Middle East clients in delivering professional exams. The role involves client account management and the delivery of exam programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and future clients
- Managing the provision of exam services to assigned clients and their learners
- Contract management of key programmes and change control
- Leading complex projects to plan, deliver and report on the agreed products, services, and deliverables
- Planning to meet clients' exam dates and candidate volumes
- Measuring performance against the client contract and any relevant key performance indicators
- Managing all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, quality, scope, cost, and timelines
- Leading client-facing meetings independently and ensuring that the team follow-up on any agreed commitments
- Ensuring that projects are formally closed, reviewed, and lessons learned are actioned
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
- Managing subcontractor performance and agreements
- Contributing to tenders for new business
Essential Experience & Qualifications
This position maps to C1 on the career framework.
- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience delivering services for customers in a commercial environment
- Experience with the delivery of computer-based assessments and qualifications within the education sector is preferred
- University degree or equivalent experience
- A recognised project management qualification and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to build outstanding working relationships
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Problem solving, negotiation and decision making skills
- IT Literacy
- Exceptional listening and influencing skills to create and maintain successful business relationships
- Commercial understanding and a pragmatic approach
- A valid non-restricted passport
