A new business line for this NY headquartered investment firm is looking for specialist legal support from a high calibre lawyer, to be based in Dubai.

This role will require you to work closely with the CEO and traders in a business that focuses on Equities, Exotics and Crypto, but with an expanding product line as the planned growth strategy is put in place this year.

Although the sole dedicated lawyer, you will report directly into the General Counsel (as well as the CEO) and have support from more junior lawyers on the team.

There are great career prospects available for an ambitious and entrepreneurial lawyer who is able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.


The ideal applicant for this role will be a corporate lawyer with M&A and private equity experience, ideally UK or US qualified from a top international law firm.

You may currently be working in private practice or in-house at a hedge fund or proprietary trading company and you should have at least 8 years' experience.

You need to be prepared to be based in Dubai but do not need prior Dubai based experience.
