Job Requirement: KBR is seeking a skilled Construction Manager with expertise in Sour Gas Processing. The candidate must be located in Abu Dhabi and open to traveling to Milan, Italy for a PMC/EPC project.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering is obligatory.
  • Minimum of 20+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Specialized experience in Gas Processing Plants, including gas compression, sweetening, dehydration, NGL recovery, and utilities.
  • At least five (5) years in a similar management role in large-scale Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
  • Previous experience in EPC is essential.
  • Effectively lead and oversee the project team across different disciplines to meet safety, engineering, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners involved in the project.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, addressing deliverables, issues, scope control, and change management.
  • Ensure Contractor/Consultant aligns with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical bid evaluations during the bidding phase.
  • Prior experience in PMC projects is beneficial.
  • Experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
