Che cosa farò?

In qualità di Commis Chef, sarà responsabile della preparazione e presentazione di piatti di alta qualità, per offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti. In qualità di Commis Chef, dovrà anche preparare tutta la mise-en-place e contribuire alla realizzazione degli obiettivi dei reparti. Nello specifico, avrà la responsabilità di eseguire le seguenti mansioni, sempre mantenendo standard ottimali:

  • Preparare e presentare piatti di alta qualità nel rispetto delle linee guida aziendali
  • Tenere pulite e in ordine tutte le aree di lavoro e assicurarsi che non si verifichino contaminazioni incrociate
  • Preparare tutta la mise-en-place per ogni menu
  • Assistere altri reparti, se necessario, e mantenere buone relazioni di lavoro
  • Segnalare i rischi e i problemi di igiene e manutenzione
  • Rispettare le norme di sicurezza dell'hotel, le norme antincendio e tutte le normative relative a salute, sicurezza sul lavoro e sicurezza alimentare
  • Essere consapevoli degli obiettivi del reparto e cercare di raggiungerli insieme al team
  • Rispettare l'ambiente
