Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a qualified solicitor with a solid foundation in corporate law, likely to be between 27 years PQE.
• Proven experience in managing and executing crossborder transactions, private equity, joint ventures, and restructuring.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues across different cultures and jurisdictions.
