This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.
Emirati nationality is preferred for this position.Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company website.
Prepare interview materials and assist in conducting interviews as needed.
Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking system.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and employment contracts.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training.
Ensure new employees complete required paperwork and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing assistance during the onboarding process.
Update employee records and HR databases with new hire information.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Support HR-related tasks such as leave management, employee recognition programs, and HR documentation.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.
Employee Relations and Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating as necessary.
Facilitate communication between employees and HR management.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture.
General Administration:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Assist in organizing HR events and activities, such as training sessions and workshops.
Maintain confidentiality of HR information and sensitive employee data.
Handle HR-related correspondence and communication.
- Emirati nationality preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRM software if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
