Job Summary:


As the Bespoke Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the units within our property portfolio on behalf of the owners.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hospitality division, ensuring smooth tenant relations, and collecting rental payments from tenants.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality management and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the operations of the Bespoke Hospitality division within our property portfolio.
  • Oversee the tenant management process, including lease agreements, moveins, and moveouts
  • Oversee the management of the Holiday homes, including communication with guests, check in/out process, excellent customer relations, payment collections, deposit collections and refund, handling guests complaints
  • Maintain positive and professional tenant relations, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure timely collection of rental payments and cheques from tenants and manage any delinquencies in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Management and Home Services divisions to ensure a seamless and pleasant living experience for residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the units to ensure compliance with maintenance and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team and Sales team to promote and market available units, ensuring maximum occupancy rates.
  • Promotes sales of Bespoke holiday homes, bespoke home services and liaise with Business Development/Portfolio Manager on onboarding new properties.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on division operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, tenant management, and rental payment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, owners, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to handle occasional afterhours emergencies or urgent matters.
