What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field,reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid understanding of PublicRelations.
  
• A minimum of 3 years ofexperience in Public Relations, showcasing a proven track record of success in theprofession.
  
• Experiencein Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality is Preferred.
  
• The ability to work both Independentlyand Collaboratively as part of a Team, embodying strong Leadership Qualitiesand Organisational Acumen.
  
• Computer literacy, with amastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all Social MediaPlatforms.
  
• A Proactive Nature with ameticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multi-Taskeffectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and writtenskills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, Media Contacts andstakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

• Fosters abold and disruptive Approach to Public Relations, solidifying FIVE's reputationas Award-Winning 360-Degree Immersive Entertainment Destinations that goesbeyond the ordinary, providing Unforgettable Experiences for our Guests.
  
• Clips sensationalPress Coverage and maintains accurate records of media clippings, followingstrict Record-Keeping processes.
  
• Takesownership of Organising the Public Relations Server by regularly downloadingand storing documents shared by internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Maintains a MasterList of media coverage secured by the In-House Public Relations Team andexternal Public Relations Agencies.
  
• Keeps arecord of Celebrities and other High-Profile Individuals that have visited FIVEand regularly shares with FIVE Tribe Members to keep the 'Vibe at FIVE'buzzing.
  
• Liaises withinfluencers to generate Momentum around FIVE and assists with administrativeduties related to securing next-level Press and Influencer Visits across all destinations.
  
• Drafts anddistributes Weekly Press Alerts to keep FIVE Tribe Members informed of remarkableMedia Highlights.
  
• Collaborateswith various FIVE Tribe Members to curate banks of Media-Friendly Imagery.
  
• Maintains acomprehensive and updated list of Local and International Media Contacts,influencers, bloggers, and other partners to facilitate FIVE's disruptive PublicRelations efforts.
  
• Supports withthe efficient distribution of Press Releases to targeted media, media agencies,and other contacts.
  
• Responds to MediaInquiries and interview requests quickly, while managing individual and groupmedia visits, influencer/partner/sponsor collaborations, and other specificevents that require 'FIVE-Star' Attention.
  
• Begins todevelop close working Relationships with media to ensure FIVE is consistentlyfeatured in dedicated and round-up stories.
  
• Proactivelybrainstorms creative and seasonal Pitches for ongoing Press Coverage for allFIVE initiatives to draw more attention to the industry-leading 'FIVE Vibe.'
  
• Quickly andenthusiastically supports the Head of Department with various administrativeduties and reporting.
  
• Assignstasks on Asana with a clear Brief for designers and other FIVE Tribe Members.
  
• Worksclosely with Head Office and other Departments to assist with administrativerequests including finalising contracts, invoicing, and actioning the necessaryfollow-ups to ensure tasks are completed seamlessly.
  
• Supports FIVE'sin-house Public Relations Team and collaborates with other Departments tomaintain consistency in both internal and external Communication.
  
• Assists withthe Coordination of Photography for public relations, marketing, andadvertising purposes.
  
• Staysinformed about the latest Industry Trends, Music, and Best Practices, ensuring FIVEmaintains their Leading Position in the industry.
  
• Monitors CompetitorActivity in the media and online to ensure FIVE's boundary-breaking Public RelationsStrategies are always ahead of the curve.
  
• Coordinatesand executes all Public Relations activities with a 'FIVE-Styled' Flair.
  
• Develops andimplements a Social Media Strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, as wellas manages the creation and publishing of this content.
  
• Boostssocial media posts to increase Visibility and Reach, while liaising with theE-Commerce Digital Team.
  
• Monitorssocial media Analytics to track Performance, making data-driven decisions thatfurther elevates FIVE's success to New Heights.
