Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Inspect, disassemble, reassemble and balance all rotating elements for a variety of turbomachinery (steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, hot gas expanders, etc.)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the required hand tools and measuring devices.
  • Safely operate overhead cranes, torches, grinders, and forklifts.
  • Accurately interpret indicators and micrometers within a precision of .0001".
  • Read and understand technical information relevant to the job.
  • Complete all associated documentation required for assignments.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products, materials, and procedures to improve job performance.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and work well within a team.
  • Adhere to company safety, quality policies, and ISO procedures.
  • Participate in company-required training programs.
