The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for investorrelated matters and ensure thorough understanding of key business performance drivers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's Corp Dev / IR strategy, including fundraising, roadshow planning, partnership development, and investment opportunity evaluation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, investors, portfolio companies, and financial media.
  • Develop and manage documentation for investorrelated processes, reports, and communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and fundraising events, and support the team by responding to investor inquiries.
  • Prepare informative and concise materials to communicate the company's strategy, operational performance, and financial results to the investment community.
  • Assist in deal sourcing and conduct research on potential M&A and public listing opportunities, including market, financial, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their growth, provide strategic advice, and connect them with potential partners and customers.
  • Help manage the fund's portfolio by monitoring performance and identifying value creation opportunities.
  • Participate in adhoc Corp Dev / IR projects as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • 35 years of experience in Corp Dev and IR, either buyside or sellside experience is acceptable.
  • Proficiency in planning, supporting, and implementing Corp Dev and IR activities.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess various investment opportunities in line with corporate strategy and market factors.
  • Proven track record of creating and presenting highquality presentations to senior leadership teams and potential investors.
  • Familiarity with the Metaverse, crypto, fund management, digital assets, crypto fund, gaming, or blockchain industries is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest financial market trends and technologies
  • Experience with ADGM is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent written and oral English communication
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Proactive selfstarter with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
