About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for Outlets Manager. To produce a consistent, high-quality product. To supervise and ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the Company's Standards Policies & Procedures to maximize guest satisfaction.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure the smooth running of operations, promote good public relations, take corrective actions, and handle customers' complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the F&B Outlets in an efficient manner.
  • Ensures the team maintains a consistent cleaning regime.
  • Record stock levels, comply with stock audit requirements, manage and control stock ensuring par levels are maintained.
  • Monitor food hygiene standards and take proactive steps to maintain them.
  • Maintain an approach of continuous development to sustain the best hygiene standards.
  • Maintain excellent guest relations and monitor guest comments.
  • Ensure uniforms for all staff and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Identify areas and gaps for continuous improvements and provide solutions to improve them.
  • Supervise Outlet's Day-to-day operations to contribute to the enjoyment of our guests' lifestyle experience.
  • Review the policies, procedures, practices and standards and control to ensure they are consistently applied.
  • Train, develop, coach, and manage the performance of direct reporting hosts to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant to maximize host satisfaction, productivity, guest satisfaction, and consequently profitability.
  • Support the club activities on planning and organization of special events.
  • Maintain clear communication channels to enhance host satisfaction and productivity.
  • Inspect the restaurant areas to ensure the food quality and service are according to standards and to ensure the physical facilities and equipment are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by verifying temperatures, observing presentation, tasting products, and checking preparation methods to determine quality.
  • Give guidance towards improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
  • Assist the Food and Beverages Manager in developing, and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures
  • Anticipate and maintain all materials and supplies ensuring their availability.
  • Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, training policies & other duties directed by the operations in charge.
  • Personally demonstrate compliance & health and safety, code of conduct, reports, maintaining a logbook of activities, and other specific duties related to the role.

  • High School (GED Education) or at least 2 full years as an Outlets Manager working in a multi-cultural in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes daily.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Computer basic skills.
  • HACCP awareness
  • Other languages Arabic, French, German, Russian, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
