Key Accountabilities

  • Handling all documentation requirements independently
  • Creation of new customers, suppliers & spare part in Fusion as per explained structure.
  • Vendor registration to Customer portal, if required.
  • Project PO Creation, submission & follow up.
  • Project Do GRN & coordinate payments.
  • Monitoring & coordination of supplier shipments
  • Assisting BU on reports & manual preparation.
  • Downloading reports from Oracle Fusion.
  • Uploading of approved time sheets.
  • Preparation of the monthly HSE reports.
  • Filing spare parts, project and logistics related documents in respective folders or electronic filing.
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World's Founder's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications, Experience and Skills
  • Degree in administration & business
  • 3 years' experience in similar role.
  • Experience with Excel word
  • PowerPoint access & Fusion or SAP experience.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • English: Excellent, oral and written
  • Cantonese & Mandarin: Professional, oral & written is advantage.
