Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Executive Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects exploring future business opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives. This role requires a sharp analytical mind eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to delivering highquality work.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Managing Director to execute and manage diverse projects from inception to completion.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.

Prepare detailed reports presentations and business plans for strategic initiatives.

Assist in the financial analysis and budgeting of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables ensuring all milestones are met.

Support the Managing Director in daily operational tasks and decisionmaking processes.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Internal Coordination: Assist in the management of internal projects and initiatives. Coordinate with department heads and teams to ensure the alignment of activities with the MD s priorities.

External Relations: Handle communications with clients partners and stakeholders. Organize and prepare for external meetings and events.

Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations for the MD. Monitor industry trends and provide insights relevant to the company s strategic goals.

Special Projects: Undertake special projects and research as directed by the MD. Provide support in strategic planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Economics Science or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role preferably within the commodity and shipping industry.

Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Slack Notion GSuite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

High level of initiative with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
