Key Requirements:

  • Valid MOH license / eligibility
  • Should be based in Dubai or ready to relocate to Dubai
  • Should have good experience in dealing & corresponding with regulatory authorities

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Ensure licensing of all pharmaceutical items with required authorities
  • Maintain licensing certificates in a secure manner
  • Responsible to ensure medications are stored in the correct manner
  • Keeping track of all necessary licenses both personal and company and keeping them updated as per Governmental requirements


 Documentation
  • Receiving consignment; check it as per MoH standards
  • Coordinating
  • Licensed pharmacist shall manage controlled drugs as per rules laid down by MOH
  • Management of documentation archiving and record keeping
  • Follow and implement standard operating policies and local legislation
  • Problem solving, leading negotiations, crisis management with necessary governmental and regulatory authorities as required
  • Handle regulatory inspections and regulatory meetings
  • The Pharmacist In charge will be responsible to Supervise receiving, warehousing, picking/packing and dispatch, in order to meet healthcare customer requirements
  • Responsible for day to day regulatory compliance and coordinating with all regulatory authorities
  • Supervising staff and conducting storing procedures wherever necessary
  • Fully understand, drive and promote company vision, culture and values.

Samples Distribution:

  • Maintaining manual log register for free medical samples as per M.O.H. rules
  • Providing samples for various purposes such as Free of Cost to M.O.H staff or for registration renewal etc.
  • Maintaining manual register for free medial samples & control the stock movements.

Complaints/Temperature & Humidity Related:

  • Reporting complaints related to pharmacovigilance issues or any batch recalled from the supplier\Checking store temperature & humidity chart as per M.O.H. requisition and keeping its track record
  • Updating important documents such as trade license, store license M.O.H & DHA, license for the registered pharmacist
  • Make sure the documents are displayed properly
  • Adhering to all MOH standards. Ensure good housekeeping, maintenance of temperature as per MOH & DHA standards

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • MOH License or Eligibility Letter (required)
