As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, facilitating effective communication, ensuring smooth operations within the sales department, and assisting in tender preparation.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with sales team members, management, operations and finance, preparing and analyzing client performance reports, utilizing various software tools such as Power BI, Google Studio, and Excel, as well as contributing to the tender preparation process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication between team members.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and tender documents
- Track and analyse sales data, including client performance, sales trends, and market research, to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Utilize software tools such as Power BI, Google Studio, and Excel to create insightful reports and visualizations.
- Coordinate salesrelated activities, managing reports, maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as finance, marketing, and customer support, to facilitate crossfunctional collaboration.
- Provide administrative support, such as processing sales orders, managing inventory, and generating salesrelated documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documents by gathering necessary information, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence for tender submissions.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide sales support when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator, sales assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Power BI, Google Studio, and Microsoft Excel to analyse and present data.
- Familiarity with CRM software and salesrelated tools is a plus.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and report preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of sales processes, tender preparation, and familiarity with sales terminology.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
