RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitors engineering processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and projects.

· Implementing a monthly Quality Assurance program to monitor adherence and identify improvements to the QMS.

· Responsible for the monitor and implementation of the Quality Management System for the assigned Project.

· Conducting internal audit as per audit schedule & ensuring the compliance to QMS and project Quality requirements

· Preparing audit check sheet for each dept. in line with QMS manual to cover all ISO 9001 & project requirement.

· Provide support to analysis of any QA/QC concerns and communicate the findings to concerned dept.

· Monitor & report to Project team on effectiveness of the QMS & provide recommendations for management review.

· Preparing presentation & addressing Project QA QC lessons learnt to all project team for effective implementation.

· Monitor the performance of project Key Performance Indicators(KPI) and taking action to control within threshold.

· Identifying, evaluating, record and resolving Quality issues during each phase of the fabrication & Site works.

· Preparing & Issuing Audit Notification, Audit Plan, Audit Reports, follow up the closure of CA & PA for NCR.

· Witnessing and observing Quality Audits conducted by the supplier and vendors and ensuring the QMS compliance.

· Reviewing and approving all VDRL vendor quality documents in line with project spec and submitting to client.

· Organize management review meeting and highlight the QMS implement strategy as per ISO 9001:2015.

· Review/ implementation of the Project Quality Plan & KPI and quality objectives for each project.

· Ensure the quality system of vendors and sub-vendors by frequent audits & shop floor visit.

· Develop the structure and requirements to be addressed in the monthly quality report and submission to client.

· Review and approve the monthly quality report issued by sub-contractors and sub vendors and submit to client.

· Check the Quality aspects of critical procurement requisitions and relevant purchase orders affecting project quality.

· Establish, maintain the project QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and requirements of EPC Contractor & client spec.

· Develop PQP based on the Project scope and execution strategy and all other relevant Project specific procedures.

· Develop and manage the QA/QC organization and the resource plan for efficient QC control in shop & site.

· Implement a Quality Assurance program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the QMS of project.

· Review Specifications, Prepare Plans and Reports and get approval of Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports.

· Monitors, Measures quality performance and provides, distributes surveillance as per QMS.

· Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual.

· Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation

· Scheduling, leading, conducting and reporting internal project audits (and external audits as required) noting

· Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

· Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.

· System non-conformances and verifying effective corrective action.

· Reviewing project procedures related to the PPEM versus Company's documentation system.

· Handling all activities related to certification audits, client audits and vendor audits.

· Advising the project management in quality matters.

· Initiating, to a maximum extent, quality awareness on the project.

· Facilitating process improvement initiatives.

· Maintaining a complete project file of Quality Assurance documentation for all phases of the project.

· Able to communicate orally with confidence

· Physically fit and able to work in extreme climatic conditions

· Good Interpersonal Skills and Negotiation skills

· Willingness to travel when required

· Assertive

· Knowledge in codes & standard

· Excellent computer skills required

· Quality system and management & analytical skill

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to lead large groups of people

· Demonstrates ability to listen to the views of others and respond in a logical, well thought out manner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -

· Minimum 7 years in the field oil & Gas construction activities for onshore, offshore, Rigs/ship building

· Excellent communications skills (written and oral) in the English language

· Engineering Degree or equivalent

· Internal / Lead Auditor

· Exercise good organizational and time management skills.
