To provide operational expertise and analysis to monitor the performance of KPRT and assist with execution of business plan.
Responsible for
Core Responsibilities:
- To collect and analyze KPRT performance data (volume, operations, productivity and finance).
- To evaluate the financial performance of KPRT.
- To assist in the design of financial models and ensure that appropriate business drivers are used for executing business cases.
- To provide the DOT with statistical data as required.
- To assist with the development of the strategic plan for KPRT.
- To provide port operational expertise to other sectors of ADPC and International Projects as they may occur.
- Objectives and Role Profile
- To understand and establish the main business drivers for the ports and shipping sectors.
- To search for and evaluate international port performance information and establish benchmarks where appropriate.
- To submit regular performance reports.
- To submit KPRT analysis for the strategic planning process.
- Financial degree or degree in port or rail management.
