Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance

  • Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
  • Identify accounting and financial recordkeeping processes that can be improved
  • Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
  • Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
  • Compliance with VAT, Corporate TAX and other UAE regulations.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse and Logistic Procedures.
  • Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
  • Following up on outstanding observations.
  • Preaudit of Import and Local Purchase Orders analysis of terms, stock movement, vendor A/c etc.
  • Audit of various documentsGoods Receipt Notes, Invoices, Adjustment vouchers etc.
  • Pre-Audit of payments
  • Vendors, Service Providers by Cheques, Telegraphic Transfer, L.C., Petty Cash vouchers etc.
  • Audit of accounts
  • Customer, Sales, Vendor, Insurance etc.
  • Audit of Salary ,Leave, Final Settlements, Overtime
  • Pre-Audit of employee Telephone, Medical Bills etc.
  • Conducting Physical Inventory of stocks and Fixed Assets
  • Verification of documents such as Deposit Receipts, Contracts, Agreements etc.
  • Verification of Cash
  • Any other special assignments as requested by the management.

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
