Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for staff members
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general support to visitors, employees, and management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform other administrative duties such as data entry, typing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
