Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing and ensuring follow-up of matters related to the Executive Director's office, including dealing with internal and external customers in accordance with the Executive Director's directives.
  • Managing effective communication with the office of His Excellency the Director General, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director, and ensuring the implementation of all directives and instructions of His Excellency the Foundation in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Organizing all emergency requirements that are required from the office of His Excellency the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, in coordination with all organizational units of the Corporation.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly analytical thinking, demonstrating talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving and simplifying multiple work processes.
  • Advanced level in the use of a computer with a strong proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications
