Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., multiline phone system, fax machine)

Salary:
Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 2 years (required)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook): 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Citizenship (required)
