***This role supports a multitude of People Development responsibilities within the EMEA region, such as: Mentoring program, General Manager & Hotel Manager Development Track, Excom Track, Careers Mid & Entry Tracks, Female Leadership Initiative, Tahseen & other Educational Benefit programs, Voyage, etc. The support of the programs is linked to community management including social media and alumni management strategies, administrative tasks related to participant progress and event planning. Links between other departments in L&D as well as other functions across the business are needed at to achieve the growth and development of our people. The role is responsible for managing communications related to the programs to support participants, follow up with program completions and tracking of progress. The role reports to the Director of Talent Programs EMEA also assisting with roll outs of new programs for educational benefits and the continuous enhancement of existing programs. Working alongside other HR business partners, the wider L&D team as well as on-property leaders is a crucial element of this role.
CRITICAL TASKS
Support of all People Development initiatives
- Administrative duties related to existing people development initiatives.
- Support the roll out of new people development initiatives.
- Answer queries and assist associates and property leaders about programs.
- Develop guidelines for all programs.
- Ensure proper tracking of participant progress.
- Presentation of programs in regular reports including communication of dashboards.
- Application communication.
- Support communication with partner schools and tracking of progress for Education Benefits programs.
- Following up progress with participants and management of completions and submissions.
- Coordinating with hotels for in person events.
- Liaising with Events departments of hotels.
- Ensuring all material needed for events is produced and available.
- Support tracking of expenses in close collaboration with the L&D Operations team
- Providing input and supporting attraction efforts for Educational Benefits programs, working with the DHRs and Talent Acquisition.
- Liaise with PR and internal & external communications for sharing of event success & community management.
- Writing internal success stories
- Intranet update
- Social Media Management for Talent Programs (for example on LinkedIn) including tracking of comments, Alumni management and posting of Talent programs updates.
- Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect

Education:
Apprenticeship or equivalent
Related Work Experience:
At least 1 year or related work experience in an Admin role, knowledge/experience within HR or Learning Microsoft Excel skills
