Job DescriptionSummaryWe are seeking a digital savvy, highly motivated marketing manager with experience in designing and delivering complex integrated campaigns.

The individual needs to be analytical and data orientated with a history of testing and optimisation, but with creative flair and exceptional attention to detail.

The candidate should have experience in marketing automation technologies and be accustomed to delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job PurposeTo design and deliver successful marketing campaigns to A.) Generate high marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the Healthcare portfolio's Media and Marketing services; B.) Generate new inbound data for the portfolio to be nurtured down the funnel; C.) Support the conversion of new data to MQLs for show brands; D) Develop the Informa Markets Healthcare brand (umbrella/anchor for events, content, and MMS products)Job AccountabilitiesKey Performance IndicatorsDelivery of marketing campaigns in line with business and product objectivesAdherence to timelines and budgetsMarketing KPI reportsGrowth and development of Known, Engaged and Marketable audiences & MQL targetsRevenue targets for Media & Marketing servicesTeam development and progressionSuccessful collaboration with event marketing teamsMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLine-manage 1 or more marketing executives working across a range of media products or events (exhibitions, digital, magazines, awards, conferences)Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to line reportsWork with line reports & marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns in line with agreed KPI's, event and divisional strategyWork with line reports to develop skills and competencies and ensure they have a clear development roadmapEnsure adoption and optimisation of marketing technology solutions, identify training needs, and ensure line reports are technically proficientReflect the high-performance culture of the marketing teamAnalysis & InsightsMonitor campaign performanceand produce monthly MQL reports including the changes you will make to campaign execution based on data insightsShare relevant insights with sales and event teams to drive revenues or pursue new opportunitiesAnalyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaignsWork with data & insights specialists to capture relevant and timely data (ensuring accurate, tagged data is collected and standardised across all your lead generation activities)Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered toUse recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performanceBuild a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision-making in the teamShare case studies with marketers within the team, division, and wider Informa MarketsPlanning & Campaign ManagementStrategically promote Informa Markets Healthcare (IMH) and its products to deliver the highest quality, qualified leads to our commercial teamsPromote Media and Marketing Services to exhibitors and lapsed sales leads using lead-nurturing tacticsCollaborate with show marketing teams to support growth with in-bound lead generation for increased event MQLsAnalyse and measure the effectiveness of existing campaignsBuild operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time & Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers)Develop demand-gen marketing budgets in line with plans and maintain budget trackersAppoint and manage external suppliers where requiredWork with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI'sBuild and lead relevant website strategies to maximise relevant traffic and conversion to lead generation activitiesMarketing ExecutionIdentify target universe and key segments within target universeOutput multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, SEM, web and socialCollaborate with Content teams to develop collateral for awareness campaignsWrite copy to reach, engage and convert potential exhibiting universe into warm leadsUse of CRO to optimise your online activity consistentlyMonitor and adjust digital marketing activity based on performance metricsConsistent testing of campaign tactics and share learningsEnsure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed Informa standardsQualificationsEducated to degree level or equivalentThorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketingDatabase development and growth including segmentation / advanced targetingBuilding relationships with partners and stakeholdersAnalytical and questioning mindsetSignificant exposure to design and print suppliers / agenciesDeadline and target-drivenExperience of working in a pressurised environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel andExperience of using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required)Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootesuite etc.
