About the Team


Within our Integrated Technologies Consulting team, the Foreign System Integration (FSI) team is responsible for the integration of various third-party solutions with Cerner EMR system.

The FSI team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and unique capability to enable our clients to deliver patient care more efficiently.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of healthcare solution work experience in the IT (Information Technology) industry.
  • Experience coordinating complex integration projects, including the design, build, testing, and conversion phases
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and proficiency in database queries.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on an integration engine (Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle Clairvia, Bridge, OpenLink solutions is a plus.
  • Manage the complex integration of technology, encompassing software, and services, in collaboration with solution consulting teams.
  • Provide dedicated support for regular status meetings and project events with clients, addressing technical aspects of deployment and optimization projects.
  • Assess complex and highly impactful risks and drive the remediation and mitigation of findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management.
  • Cultivate and sustain longterm, strategic internal and external client relationships.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to the client, particularly from an FSI perspective.
  • Develop processes for delivering new emerging technology, leading by example and sharing knowledge and experiences with associates and your team.
  • Create a collaborative and respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, establish accountability, and recognize their accomplishments.

Expectations:

  • This role is officebased.
  • Up to 75% of business travel.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements


Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.


Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
