Develop and lead group workouts that utilize safe and effective movements through all class activities.

Group exercise classes and instructors contribute to the health and fitness goals of students, faculty, staff, and guests to continually motivate and empower individuals of all fitness and skill levels.

Instructors are expected to maintain a high level of commitment through preparedness, attendance, and mínimal subbing. Teach GX classes at a high level of preparation and effectiveness. Assist in the set-up and clean-up of GX classes. Learn and utilize participant names frequently. Maintain format-appropriate certifications, trainings and skills. Maintain/attain at least one nationally accredited instructor/trainer certification. Maintain time sheet accurately and submit monthly WTE and time summaries. Assist in mentoring and development of GX Instructor Trainees/Mentees. Maintain consistent and timely communication with unit coordinator. Promote positive communication channels with Fitness Assistants.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
